Please call our office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment. Press Option 1 and one of our appointment coordinators will be happy to assist you. 

Patients are seen by appointment only. Our Nurse Practitioner may be available for urgent matters.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911, otherwise, please call 770-502-2150 and our after hours call service will forward you to the On Call Physician. 

Note: The On Call Physician does NOT have access to medication refills.
